so what does 'healthy' mean?
Mar. 18th, 2008 06:27 pmOn local tv news (yeah leaving that on is my first mistake I know) the 'Dr' reporter just said that exercising isn't just to be healthy, but it can also reduce your disease risk.
What's being healthy if reducing disease risk is not a subset of it?
If it is a subset then how can it be an additional benefit?
Can I hunt her down and slap her?
