attn designers among you
Dec. 6th, 2005 09:14 pmI'd seen Icon Buffet before and thought it had some potentially useful stuff. They sell icon sets for use on webpages/software apps/etc.
Well all hell broke loose on one of my web design lists today as people were joining the site and getting their 'free delivery.' If you sign up they'll randomly give you one of 8 icon sets for free. You have the ability to share that set with 5 other people, who then can share it w/ 5 more. The messages were multiplying so fast that the moderator made a separate list. 100s of messages later I have all of them except Taipei Buddies 2 and I still have copies to share of the ones I have.
If you join and post here what address you joined with and what you want... If I still have it to give, I'll send it to you... and if I'm out whoever I sent it to can send it to you.... the icon mania spreads...
And I didn't particularly see it on the site, but at least some people were thinking they would release others this way next month. There is also a forum on the site for people who are looking to trade...
