Yes, it talks about the Basque language and culture since it is NOT Indo-European. What I also found very interseting is that Lithuanian in addition to sharing words with Hindi (or very very close is many words, perhaps a one letter difference) is actually Finno-ugaric! Also not Indo- European!

And to get even more obscure - remember "Otzi" the ice man found some years ago in the hills of the Swiss/Italian border? When his DNA was tested he was a closer match to modern people living in Basque contry than anywhere else!
